Hello, my name is Maria. With nearly 18 years of diverse work experience, I've cultivated a unique blend of skills and expertise. At 23, I embarked on an independent journey abroad, which I consider a defining highlight of my career. In Brunei Darussalam, I worked as an interior designer in a construction company for the first two years, coordinating major projects for the Ministry of Health. I pioneered the creation of my company's monthly report templates, documentation, and presentations, some of which are still in use. I then transitioned into a crucial role as a project assistant in Facilities and Asset Management for the next five years, where I played a key part in establishing a management system from the ground up—a challenging but rewarding experience.
In 2017, I returned to Manila to get married, leaving my stable job. This leap of faith opened new doors of opportunity for me. I ventured into entrepreneurship, started a small food business, and participated in pop-up markets on weekends. In 2019, I began working as an ESL teacher, seeking a flexible schedule to accommodate my other business endeavors. However, the pandemic struck, making it crucial to manage the business. Despite the challenges, I continued teaching full-time during the lockdown and am now exploring new opportunities.
In February 2024, I completed a masterclass course in virtual assistance, which provided me with a strong foundation in administrative tasks. In October 2024, I completed training on FBA Online Arbitrage on Product Research.
